1. Who We Are
BridgeBoard is an AI-integrated operations system provided by BridgeView. It helps teams manage customers, projects, workstreams, tasks, calendars, documents, finance workflows, audit logs and organizational knowledge in one workspace.
Contact: info@bridgeview.nl.
2. Data We Collect
Depending on how BridgeBoard is used, we may process:
- account details such as name, email address, organization and role;
- operational records such as customers, contacts, projects, deals, tasks, workstreams and time entries;
- documents, document metadata, links, summaries, audit logs and user actions inside BridgeBoard;
- finance records such as invoices, contracts, expenses, tax preparation data and inbound finance messages;
- technical data such as IP address, browser information, security events, rate-limit events and error logs;
- optional product analytics, only where enabled and permitted.
3. Google User Data
When you connect Google Drive, BridgeBoard accesses Google user data only to provide the Drive, document, onboarding and knowledge features that are visible in the app.
BridgeBoard may access or store the following Google Drive data:
- folder and file metadata, including file ID, name, MIME type, parent folder, path, web link and timestamps;
- selected document content when needed to extract text, create summaries, classify documents or build BridgeVault knowledge entries;
- OAuth access and refresh tokens, stored encrypted, so BridgeBoard can sync Drive after you connect it;
- Drive changes tokens used to perform incremental syncs.
If you grant read-only Drive access, BridgeBoard scans and reads files under the selected root folder. If you later grant Drive write access, BridgeBoard can move or rename files only after you approve the proposed actions in the app. BridgeBoard does not delete Google Drive files as part of onboarding.
4. How We Use Data
We use data to:
- authenticate users and enforce organization, role and feature access;
- show and manage operational workflows, documents, finance records and CRM data;
- sync selected Google Drive folders into BridgeBoard's document library;
- generate document summaries, classifications, onboarding proposals and BridgeVault knowledge entries;
- execute user-approved Drive actions such as file move or rename operations;
- provide audit trails, security monitoring, support and troubleshooting;
- send service messages or respond to access requests and waitlist signups.
5. AI Processing
BridgeBoard may send selected operational context, document text or Drive-derived metadata to AI model providers through configured API providers, such as OpenRouter, only to deliver user-facing app features. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models, and we do not sell Google user data.
6. Sharing and Transfers
We share data only with service providers needed to operate BridgeBoard, such as hosting, database, storage, email, Google APIs and AI API providers selected for app functionality. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own service terms where applicable. We do not share Google user data with advertisers or data brokers.
7. Google API Limited Use
BridgeBoard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide or improve features that are visible and prominent in BridgeBoard.
8. Storage, Security and Retention
Data is stored in secured application systems. OAuth tokens and sensitive API keys are encrypted. Access is limited by organization, role, feature entitlement and audit logging. We retain operational data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security. Drive tokens can be removed by disconnecting Google Drive or by contacting BridgeView.
9. Your Choices and Rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data by contacting BridgeView. You can revoke Google access in your Google Account permissions or through BridgeBoard settings where available. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security or audit purposes.
10. Terms
The public terms of service are available at https://app.bridgeview.nl/public.
