Terms of Service BridgeBoard

1. Service

BridgeBoard is an operations platform by BridgeView for managing work, customers, projects, documents, finance workflows, audit logs and AI-assisted knowledge features.

2. Account and Authorized Use

You may use BridgeBoard only for your own organization or for an organization that authorized you to use the service. You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for the accuracy of information entered into the app.

3. Connected Services

BridgeBoard may connect to third-party services, including Google Drive. By connecting a service, you confirm that you have permission to grant BridgeBoard the requested access. You can revoke access through the connected service or BridgeBoard settings where available.

4. Google Drive Actions

Drive scans, summaries and onboarding proposals are intended to assist users. File moves or renames require user approval and appropriate Google Drive write access. You should review proposed actions before executing them.

5. AI Output

AI-generated suggestions, summaries and classifications can be incomplete or inaccurate. Users remain responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for business, legal, financial or operational decisions.

6. Data and Privacy

BridgeBoard processes data as described in the privacy policy at https://app.bridgeview.nl/privacy.

7. Availability and Changes

BridgeView may update, improve or temporarily suspend parts of BridgeBoard for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We aim to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
